In addition, we have concluded an agreement to supply quality product from an established manufacturer – REPEATIT.

In addition to our recent expansion into the world of fibre, CTS is now able to offer an extensive range of cabinets and related products. Cabinets act as the backbone to all things cable related, and with that in mind we have increased our range in order to fulfil all your cabinet related needs.
From 6U wallboxes to 48U server cabinets – we have practically every size and dimension to suit the widest range of applications. We also supply a variety of accessories including shelves, fan units, PDUs, plinths and castors. A more cost effective flat-packed version of some of the cabinets is also available. Furthermore, we can also supply custom built cabs – so if you have any specific enquiries, let us know and we’ll endeavour to meet your requirements.

Development at E&J Part 2 – 05/02/2010
Here at E&J, we’re always striving to provide a better service to all of our customers, both existing and new. Our recently expanded internal team is now better equipped to deal with customer enquiries, which means we can provide accurate and up-to-date information quickly and efficiently.
Furthermore, we’re also expanding our already substantial product selection to give the customer a more complete choice, to suit all of your cable and accessory needs. Firstly, we’re vastly expanding our range of fibre products – in the next few days we’ll be equipped to sell a wide range of fibre patch leads and installation cable – just ring the sales team for more information.

Andrew Cream
Development at E&J – 26/01/2010
2010 brought a number of changes for E&J, in particular the recruitment of two new full time staff members. James Farrell joined the sales department, alongside recent addition to the team Andrew Cream who joined in October. Both James and Andrew will be working in conjunction with Mike Head who has a wealth of experience from his 14 year career as Head of Sales.
The new additions to our team made way for Keith Segers to move into customer care. A further drive towards customer care saw the appointment of Jonathan Gould as Customer Services manager working alongside Keith.
James joined E&J after majoring in English and Journalism while Jonathan arrives with over 10 years experience in customer care.
In terms of Customer Service, the last two weeks has seen a significant increase in following up orders and making sure the clients orders are dealt with as smoothly as possible. This in turn has allowed the sales team to invest more effectively in our business for the customers benefit. Not only over the phone dealing with the volume of inbound calls, but also in helping E&J to provide better service and information to our existing and new clients.
